IMVO has successfully completed the installation and adjustment of the system of control a racking equipment and frontal pallet racks based on a mobile storage system.

Сustomer placed the products in a warehouse with a 50% smaller footprint compared to stationary racks, saving significant money.

𝗪𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀:

• The total number of pallet spaces is 900 pcs;

• Warehouse height - 13.0 m;

• Warehouse area - 360,0 m²;

• Temperature regime - minus 28 °C.

𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁:

• Type of racking equipment - mobile storage systems based on frontal pallet racks;
• Rack height - 10.8 m;
• Number of storage levels - 6 carrier levels (including mobile bases);
• Pallet weight - 1200 kg;
• Total load per section - 21,600 kg;
• The total maximum weight of the moving row is 345,600 kg.
